My garden pool villa was spacious and comfortable. it felt quite private. This was nice. breakfast had different foods. I found a good varied selection. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the air conditioner had not been cleaned for a long time. it was not working efficiently.

the hotel offers direct access to a beautiful beach with fabulous views! its quieter location means a peaceful atmosphere, yet bars and restaurants are still within walking distance, a benefit i valued.

The location is fine. The beach has beautiful crystal clear water and sugar soft sand. The resort is a bit out of town, so it is quiet. It is an easy walk to the 7-eleven and the main strip..
The welcome from the reception was unprofessional. The cleaning of the room occurred so late, disturbing our whole afternoon. After a day on the beaches, i wanted to rest in the room, but they came around 3.30 pm.

the staff were very friendly (especially at the pool bar). i got upgraded to a pool access villa. the pool was warm and right in front of the beach. we received two bottles of fresh water daily.

The condition of the decking needs addressing. The paint peeled off surfaces. A rusty television was in my room. The television also had a broken LED. That needs repair.

attentive staff cleaning service comfortable sunloungers
The staff were attentive and readily addressed any requests. The hotel provided multiple cleaning services throughout the day. The beach location was ideal. Sun loungers were available and comfortable. (I loved the quiet atmosphere.)
The bar closed relatively early at 10 pm. Extended hours would have been nice.

The hotel is located just outside of the main area, so it is very quiet. One bar and a couple of restaurants are easily accessible. The main part of the area is a half-hour walk, still transport is available.

My room was very spacious and well-equipped. I had a large bedroom and a huge bathroom with nice lighting. The shower had good pressure, and hot water was always available.

The breakfast buffet included many options, and the food seemed fresh. Although not suited to every British taste, there was still plenty to choose from. The breakfast was great, especially the pancakes!
